DEAFWORKS Tech Support is pleased to help you with the basic test on your
eFLASHER unit that connects to the computer's speakers to see if it is working
or not. Before you do the test, please do the preliminary checks as follows:
are you using. You can run the test as many times as you want without harm to your
eFLASHER unit. The playing sound will be heard (or feel with your hand onto)
through the computer's speakers.
If your eFLASHER unit still fails this test, you will need to get your computer's sound
card (PC only) to work properly, click here.
If your eFLASHER unit passes this test and you still have a problem with running a
software program application (such as AOL, NetMeeting, etc), click here or use
above DOWNLOAD button to download the right kind of source .WAV sound file for
your program needs.
NOTE: This self-test works only for eFLASHER models that connect to the
computer's speakers as follows:
I , II, III, IV, VII, and VIII.
