House Call Services

DEAFWORKS offers house call on repairs and consulting of variety adaptive & assistive devices and equipment for the deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

Installation - $45.00 (service flat rate) plus parts and service trip:

  • TV/CC/VCR hook-ups
  • X-10 Wireless System installation
  • Setting up eFLASHER along with WebCam using NetMeeting or EnVision programs

Repairs: - $45.00 (service flat rate) plus parts and service trip:

  • TTY
  • Close Captioned decoder
  • X-10 Wireless System
  • Other general unit & equipment repairs

Consultation: - $45.00 (per hourly rate) plus drawing and service trip:

Works with the licensed builders of your new home. Preferrably after framing/electricial and before sheetrocks installation for better visual setting of lighting system condition. Consulting builder and
new owner on wiring diagrams and making some recommendations. The closest product resemblance to this service is X-10 Hard-Wired Notification System.
